The scanning type features a modular design for flexible structure and easy upgrades. Enhanced with photomultiplier tubes and high-sensitivity indium gallium arsenide detectors, coupled with optical choppers and lock-in amplifiers, it effectively improves system signal-to-noise ratio.
The mini spectrometer type can calculate parameters such as peak wavelength, center wavelength, and full width at half maximum (FWHM), making it ideal for testing LEDs and laser diodes.
