In December 2011, the technical manager was honored with the title of "outstanding science and technology leader" and received the inaugural "young talent award" in Tongzhou District, Beijing, recognizing their significant contributions to the field.

In December 2013, SOFN products are awarded ROHS certification, underscoring the company's dedication to quality and compliance with environmental standards.

In January 2014, awarded the 2013 Zhongguancun optoelectronic industry annual contribution unit award, recognizing Beijing SOFN Instruments Co., Ltd.'s significant contributions to the industry.

In March 2014, collaborated with China University of Petroleum (East China) to establish a joint photovoltaic laboratory, showcasing SOFN's commitment to research and development partnerships.

In December 2017, Engineer Zhu Xiuxue, from the technical department, was honored with the Tongzhou district science and technology innovation talent award in recognition of his contributions to technological innovation.

In August 2020, the "solar cell I-V testing system" received funding from the Tongzhou district patent implementation project in Beijing.

In October 2020, Beijing SOFN Instruments Co., Ltd. was awarded the certificate of Beijing enterprise technology research and development institution.

In December 2020, several products were awarded the certificate of new technology and new products (services) in Beijing.

In May 2022, the company was recognized as a specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprise.
