At the Chinese Academy of Space Technology, our solar cell IPCE testing system was successfully delivered and put into use. This system was utilized to test Triple-junction Gallium Arsenide cells within a spectral range of 300-1800nm. The testing process yielded positive results, which were unanimously approved on-site by Mr. Yang, an expert in domestic standard cells, along with other professionals.

Customized CCD Testing System

The customized CCD testing system from China Electronics Technology Group Corporation has been successfully delivered and put into use. The system's spectral range is 200 to 6000nm, with a wavelength resolution of ≤1nm, stray light ≤0.1%, emitted light uniformity ≥98%, outgoing uniform light spot ≥30×30mm, and overall system noise ≤0.3mv. After installation and commissioning, the customer and research institute leaders gave high praise for the system's performance.
